Nestled in the heart of the Dallas Design District, our expansive facility spanning over 7000+ sqft offers tailored memberships designed to cater to artists like you, surrounded by your fellow art enthusiasts. 

Our facility embraces a diverse array of artistic expressions, welcoming painters, designers, sculptors, photographers, and mixed media artists alike. With 24/7 access, members can delve into their craft whenever inspiration strikes.

Founded by artists for artists, DDAC is driven by a mission to cultivate an inclusive space within the Dallas Design District. We understand the hurdles artists face in securing studio space in this highly sought-after area. Hence, we've adopted a membership-based model to alleviate the burdens of long-term commitments and exorbitant expenses, fostering a nurturing environment where artists can thrive.

A distinctive feature of DDAC is our commitment to supporting artists' financial success by offering them the freedom to retain 100% of their earnings without any commission fees. While we don't engage in the direct sale of artworks like traditional galleries, we provide artists with the essential space and resources they need to thrive. This unique approach empowers artists to fully capitalize on their creative endeavors, making DDAC a compelling and artist-friendly destination.

DDAC offers three membership tiers tailored to suit your needs:

• Micro Studio: Priced at $600 per month, perfect for artists valuing studio space, community, and the marketability benefits of the Design District, minus the necessity for solo shows.
• Standard Studios: Starting at $986 per month, these studios offer the chance for a Solo Show in our onsite Art Gallery. With more expansive interiors, they boast abundant electrical and hanging space, complemented by stationary wall construction.
• Premium Studios: Starting from $1034 per month, Premium Studios mirror the benefits of Standard Studios, including the opportunity for a Solo Show in our onsite Art Gallery. Additionally, they provide biometric security and enclosed spaces for heightened security.
• Furthermore, we provide a Photography Studio Access Membership priced at $480 per month, offering unlimited bookings for our professional studio.

As a member of DDAC, your access to our onsite art gallery depends on your membership tier. Standard and Premium Studio members have the opportunity to showcase their work in our gallery, while Micro Studio members have the option to feature their studio in facility events and exhibitions.

Operating on a 100% membership fee basis, DDAC ensures that if you sell your art, we take no commission fees, empowering you to fully benefit from your artistic endeavors.
